McGlauflin elected as Chairperson of Maine Legislative Action Committee

Bruce McGlauflin has been elected to serve as chairperson of the Maine Legislative Action Committee for the New England chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI). CAI is a national organization dedicated to assisting and promoting community associations, including condominium, cooperative and homeowner associations. CAI provides education and resources to 231,000 associations and works with association board members, property management companies, builders, developers, and other professionals to foster responsive and effective community associations. The Legislative Action Committee monitors and, as appropriate, participates in the development of state legislation, regulations, or other public policy initiatives of interest to Maine community associations. Currently, the Committee is submitting draft legislation to the Maine Legislature to amend the Maine Condominium Act.
