On September 27, attorney Jim Haddow of Petruccelli, Martin & Haddow was a member of the faculty for "Settling Uninsured and Underinsured Motorist Claims," an all-day CLE course held in Portland. For the seminar, Mr. Haddow wrote and spoke about the UM/UIM coverage obligations of insurers, legal ethics in the UM/UIM setting, and the defense of UM/UIM cases.
