James Haddow and Bruce McGlauflin will be presenters at an all-day seminar entitled Road and Access Law. The seminar is sponsored by the National Business Institute and will take place on September 15, 2008 at the Holiday Inn West in Portland. The seminar is an intermediate-to-advanced level program designed for surveyors, engineers, architects, developers, municipal officials, real estate professionals and attorneys.
