Our advice and assistance to municipalities includes the development, implementation and enforcement of local land use and environmental laws and ordinances. In addition, we advise our clients on land use and environmental matters and represent all types of entities in court and before governmental agencies, including environmental protection agencies, to procure permits and to assure compliance with land use and environmental laws. We handle litigation that involves real estate, including title insurance, boundary disputes, timber trespass, and enforcement of land use and environmental laws.
