We regularly represent manufacturer and retailer defendants at trial in design and manufacturing defect and breach of warranty cases. Our work in the trial and appellate courts in the state and federal judicial systems, besides yielding favorable results for our clients, has led to several reported decisions that have changed or clarified important areas of products liability law and related procedure.
