The firm has represented business and individual clients in litigation in federal and state courts arising from patent and copyright claims, claims of trade and service mark infringement, and disputes about intellectual property (including computer software) licensing agreements. While we are not patent lawyers, we have the mastery of state and federal intellectual property law necessary to conduct complex intellectual property litigation successfully for either plaintiffs or defendants.
