Business Litigation

In litigation, the firm represents business and commercial clients for purposes ranging from liability defense and contract claims to government regulation, but it concentrates its efforts on matching its legal strategies to the business strategies of its clients and maintaining each client's business interests as the central focus of its efforts on the client's behalf.  The firm also collaborates regularly with firms from other states to represent clients involved in litigation in federal or state courts here in Maine.
