Petruccelli, Martin & Haddow represents institutional, small business and individual clients in the United States Bankruptcy Courts in Portland and Bangor, and before the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Generally, we represent creditors, but we also have experience representing debtors. Our services range from the most complex (significant litigation in contested adversary proceedings) to the simplest (filing a proof of claim).
